Today marks the beginning of Mois de la BD/ Comics Month! There are so many exciting comics related happenings throughout the month...

This Saturday May 4th is Free Comic Book Day / Samedi de la B.D. Gratuite! As usual, we'll be celebrating with lots of comics to giveaway at both of our 211 Bernard & 176 Bernard locations.

Our Monthly Graphic Novel Book Club gathers on Wednesday, May 22nd to discuss Ezra Claytan Daniels' Upgrade Soul! 

Drawn & Quarterly's own Seth launches Clyde Fans on Thursday, May 23rd! Seth's achievement is beautifully written about by Librairie D+Q Staff member Catherine here and D+Q Executive Editor Tom Devlin here. 

Le Festival de la Bande Dessinée de Montreal (FBDM) / Montreal Comic Arts Festival will be taking place from the 24-26 of May, in Parc La Fontaine.

Julie Delporte, Charles Forsman, Seth, Zviane, François Vigneault, Hartley Lin & Philipe Girard are just some of the many cartoonists who will be present.
